Basically, not bought at the same time.
First up is a Lotus strat copy. Nothing fancy, but it has nice tuners, not the Jin Ho cheapos. Did take a couple hours to remove the nail polish stripes with non acetone polish remover. It now sports "ghost" stripes. The pseudo Bendmaster seperated from the base and block, so I got the same plate screws, just longer and it's holding up. Swear the block is sandstone...lol! After a setup it plays very nice and the pickups sound good. Next up is the Westone Spectrum. A Face Book marketplace score. Been looking around the marketplace for a Westone and seen this, but it was listed at $400. The ad popped back up and I noticed the price dropped to $150. This and the relatively close proximity sealed the deal for me. So I made the 4 hour round trip. Got it home and cleaned up the body and fretboard, then took some Deoxit to the 5-way, and adjusted the pickup height. Plugged it in and it rips and the pickups sound really good. The locknut is complete too boot! It also sports a coil splitter. The only con is the same pseudo Bendmaster, but I did find and scored a Bendmaster Deluxe. Once that arrives, I'll polish the frets and give it a setup. It's almost like the one that was my first guitar, but I want to say it had a standard locknut, not a behind the nut one.
