Dream Guitars?

Re: Dream Guitars?

I made mine earlier this year. This is just the start of my dreams.

Why would you order a precision guitar kit when you are on the way to making your own awesome guitars? man seriously invest that money into making your own necks to go with those gnarly bodies you make.

Had to go to this thing called college, literally no area or space for building :/

Re: Dream Guitars?

One of my dream guitars is on its way to being finished, and I should have it later this month. (more on that when it lands)

The one guitar I really want is a 1991 40th anniversary Les Paul. Very few LPs give me GAS - in fact, this is the only one I want at all.

Re: Dream Guitars?

My dream is creating more music that include more joy to myself with the stuff that I already have :)

Re: Dream Guitars?

I'm fortunate to have my dream/ desert island guitar.... And since getting it it's saved me a fortune!

Re: Dream Guitars?

I really like the Billy Gibbons aged Les Paul Pearly Gates, bit the price of these is ridiculous. I can't imagine any circumstances where I would drop that kind of coin on a guitar.

I can. They all involve me having that kind of coin. Which is, I venture to say, the key difference.

I would like one of these Phantom Guitarworks Teardrops with a three ply pickguard, three black EMG SA's and a 5-way switch.

Funny how that works out huh? ;) Before I bought my strat I played 27 different strats. This one was the best of them all, other than a custom shop strat that cost $2400 vs the $700 I spent on mine. Since then I have no strat gas.

Re: Dream Guitars?

I've been thinking about a Tele with dual HB's. Hard tail, maybe a series/parallel push-pull knob for a thinner sound.
