Dual OD EQ Question

Hi everyone! Got a question... I recently bought a Wampler Dual Pantheon pedal, my first dual pedal, and had some time to use it. I really like the pedal and it's customization capabilities, but both sides can use some mids. I was looking at the pedal and thinking (again, I'm new to the duals), this pedal has two sets of In/Out jacks, one for each side. Can I put an EQ pedal in the middle? Have the guitar go into Ch 1 In, then Ch 1 Out goes to EQ In, then EQ Out goes to Ch 2 In, then Ch 2 Out goes to amp. I know one would be post-OD and the other would be pre-OD. Would that totally change the sound like putting an EQ in the effects loop of the amp? Thanks everyone.

it would work fine. i run an eq with my fuzzface to help it cut through the mix. you can experiment to see if it does what you need it to do, but i think its worth while

Expierament an EQ is a powerful tool.
You may like it after both stages.
I use a GE7 after my TC Spark Boost

Sure.

You can pre-eq one channel, post eq another, an AB box would do wonders here...

Only limit is your imagination, and cables.

what would you use the ab box for?

I would go with an ABY boxe.

Guitar > Input of Pantheon

Pantheon Out 1 > A input of AB/Y
Pantheon Out 2 > B input of AB/Y
Output Y to EQ. Then EQ after the AB/Y

Yeah...not between 1 and 2. But not sure why OP doesn't just put an EQ before the pedal...he said both need more mids.

Still I encourage experimentation.
