Arctic White Strat with Cream PG. Parchment F-Spaced Duncan Custom and 2 Parchment Duncan DuckBuckers ! A little strange looking but I like it. Power mis match but I use a booster with the Ducks when needed. Sounds great !

Wow, very cool! I like the Ducks, even if they are pretty weak- the tone is there, though.

How weak/hot are the DB's compared to, say, the APS-2 singles?

I'm not familiar with the APS-2 but here's a comparison from the gallery. Ducks a bit higher output...

By the looks, both are fairly tame compared to some of the higher output SC's out there. I chose DuckBuckers base on experience with Vintage Rails in one of my other Strats (Hss). Love the tone and the quiet.

Well, the Ducks are wired in parallel, which explains the low DCR. Compared to the APS, they are a little lower in output, but chimey-er. Much more highs. Snappy. Ideal Strat, without noise. I love them in the neck or middle.

To the OP: If you use a 500k pot with db (no tone pot) and a 250k w tone with the Custom, you should have a better balance.
