Duncan custom or duncan distortion?

Hello, i have a Dean custom 350 floyd(basswood body and rosewood freatboard), and i want to change de brige pickup, i was thinking in these:
Duncan custom 7/6/9
Duncan distortion 5/8/9

I am between the Dimarzio super distortion 1 and the winner of these..( i mean, in the bridge position the three)

What kind of amp?

What effects and/or pedals do you use?
