i have a ESP LTD guitar, i rewired it to bypass the 3way switch and the tone pot, so its just a volume and output jack, now it sounds kinda thin ...my question is .. it was wired with the other pickup as green hot .. black ground. ... should i reverse the bridge leads to black hot, green ground? i have heard that some companies wire the pickups in reverse from color code to match the phase of both pickups

Black hot, green ground is the normal default. If the pickups are from the same manufacturer the wiring protocol should be identical, so if the other pickup is black hot, green ground then so should its neighbour.
