"Duncan Designed" ??

I saw a set of "Duncan Designed" pickups on ebay and I was wondering if these are authentic Seymour Duncan pickups. The words Duncan Designed are stamped into the back and he never calls them "Seymour Duncan" pickups, just "Duncan". Is there a difference between duncan designed and seymour duncan? I'd be really grateful if you guys could answer this soon.

Duncan Designed are pickups made in Korea to Seymour's specs. Some sound really good, others not so good. It has to do more with quality control issues than with any inherent flaws in the design.
