Duncan Distortions: scoop mids with Tone control

Hi all,

I wanted to replace the tone control with a small on/off switch.

But I'd like it to scoop mids with it instead of treble.

I don't know a lot of capacitors/resistors and stuff, so is there anyone who could help me telling which componets I need and how I have to wire them?

Or any advice/links regarding to this :)

Thanks!

Thanks for the info!

I also found that, but the components/wiring is not listed, it's that I don't want the pot anymore, just a very small push-on/off switch.

The reason I don't want the pot is that the volume pot is in my way, so I am going to make my current tone knob the volume pot, but then I'm left with an ugly empty hole which I want to give a good use, you see :)

I the meanwhile I think I found it:

- 0.039 uF cap in parallel with a 220Kohm resistor
And this component in series with:
- Inductor van 1.5 Henri (TL021)

So sth like this:

Code:
[FONT="Courier New"]
--+-- cap --+-- ind ---- gnd
  +-- res --+
[/FONT]
