duncan in my n'ville tele

I put a duncan 5/2 in my nashville tele and kept the stock in the center and neck... My issue is the blend of bridge and center now sound very thin almost like it is coming from a can.

Any suggestions appreciated. :smack:

that kinda sounds like maybe it is wired out of phase .. maybe swap the two wires on the 5-2 and see if it helps?

Yep...that's the problem. Good call! Swapping the black and white on the bridge pickup might make the guitar buzz tho because on a Tele the ground wire is connected directly to the bridge and saddles via the three ht. adjustment screws. Reversing the black and white wires on the neck and middle pickups might be better... I'm not sure about your guitar tho...it could get complicated if you have a chrome cover on your neck pickup. Lew
