I am not well-versed in the wiring of PRS switches, so I did some research and I am no longer sure this is a 2-pole switch (which may be supported by the other PRS diagram's relative complexity). Regardless, this diagram does not really make sense to me, and I was wondering if it could translate to a normal 5-way switch. I would just use the other two poles on a superswitch but I need them for the blend option (only active with both pickups).

Re: Duncan PRS wiring diagram

PRS style wiring on a five postion lever selector switch? Schaller makes the very thing. Their Superswitch Model P.

NOTE: Follow the Schaller wiring instructions carefully. For non-PRS pickups, it may be necessary to invert the magnet in one of the pickups prior to soldering everything.

The SD schematic for PRS illustrates only the upper layer of contacts for the old-type switch. (Newer examples use a PCB.) All of the coil combination linkages are hidden from view. (Probably because it is both unnecessary and undesirable to start altering them.)
