[El Dunco]

Hey guys. My Dad and I just finished recording a song for our rock project 'Wild Jacobie'. It fuses our favourite styles together. I played all the instruments except harmonica. Dad did harp and vocals. I think he did a great job on the vocals, a 61 year old screaming like that is just amazing.

I produced all of it in my home studio.

The guitar tone is thick, I dig it!

The vocal is a little unprofessional, but I don't know if that's the recording, the melody itself, or the singer.

Awesome that you and your dad did something together!

I was going for a more 'raw' approach with the production rather than 'fixed' and perfect. Everything was pretty much live all in one take.

That's really cool Evan! I bet you had a blast. I passed on the hello, he sends similar kind regards right back at you. Poor guy is still in chronic pain and he's trying his hardest to stay active and fight off loss of mobility and being bed-ridden and in so much pain he can hardly walk... He's doing pretty well though. I'm helping him out the best I can.
