1)If someone pays by bank wire trasfer and something goes wrong(....for example the seller does not send the item) what should be the way to act so as to get your money back??? Which kind of payment offers the most secure way to buy over ebay?

2)Paypal accounts that use emails from Yahoo, Hotmail e.t.c are less reliable than paypal accounts from an established internet provider?????

Most seruce is definitely the Paypal /credirt card combo because of a few redundancies (dispute AND chargeback, for ex.)

Bogus... Paypal verified accounts are all verified by either the credit card or bank account... UNVERIFIED accounts are a different story...

Note: it is AFAIK not possible to have a confirmed shipping address outside of the US, at least not w/o a credit card

Yeah paypal is the safest bet. There's also a small fee you can pay to have your transaction "insured" so to speak, if the seller doesn't send the item, paypal will refund your money then send it's lawyer's after the guy.

and what about UNverified accounts????is there a way to know if the sellers paypal account is verified or not????

one more question.....if i register with paypal using my credit card will i be able to use my paypal account immediately or there is some kind of verification or other limitation that will not let me use my paypal account immediately after registration?

Unverified Paypal account means that the member used a Credit Card when he/she signed up for a Paypal account. Verified members mean't that the member used a Bank Account number to sign up, therefore has a verified address. As we all know, you can not open a Bank Account if you do not have apermanent address. You can register/sign up using a credit card account number but your membership will be designated as ''Unverified'' user. This is not a negative thing at all. But people that signed up using a Bank Account number which designates them as a ''Verified Member'' will always look good on the eyes of the buyer/seller.
You can open up an account with Paypal using your Credit Card and use the account immediately provided that the billing info on your CC are all current.
