How is Monster Guitars...?

I have heard some mixed review about them.

I have had good experience with them though. I bought a strat pickguard from them off ebay and they cut it to my specs. good pickguard.

No one paid attention what went on the past year. He got a bunch of investors together to help him build that HUGE showroom in Vegas-where he was to have the biggest guitar store in the world, build a huge line of guitars, and cater to the Las Vegas crowd.

Well it didn't make money. Investors pulled out. He had to downsize big time, clear out inventory, move to a much smaller facility, stop certain guitar lines (Pealcaster, J. Frog), and go back to the small operation he originally had- though they aren't doing the custom work like they once did.

Looks like in this case what went around finally came back around.
