I was gonna buy thru Ed till i did a litle homework on the web and read how he and his boys screwed over some well meaning guys. Ya know what. I wont ever do business with Ed or a similar guy-Torres -either.If I have to pay bit more for a reputable seller, than so be it.

Anybody notice that there wasn't a single piece of woodworking machinery in the whole place? No spray booth, no people working on building guitars...

Hell, even Dean has a few guys building stuff in their own shop.

They guitar bodies they point to after they get out of the neck room are old Schon guitars. I guess Ed bought out the whole bunch of them. They didn't make them that's for sure.

It's funny, when I was down there the sales guy was showing the light up guitar to a guy who was drooling over it. I thought it was lame but only because I didn't like the inlay. That light up thing might look cool on something else.

4) With the amount of people working in the shop, i understand why people complain that their guitars arrive crappily set up and without requested additions.

Was that supposed to be a "promo" film for ER Guitars!? That was done horribly. Here's a couple tips:

1. Buy some camera lights.

2. If there's gonna be questions, go over them ahead of time so you know the answer.

I read his "rants" and actually did some research on his quicksliver guitars, and the more I read the more I dislike


Who the F is jiggaboo, is he out on some work release program or something, I was looking for the ankle monitor but the camera was shaky.

I went over there about 5 years ago. At the time my folks were living in vegas. I had gotten caught up in Ole Ed's hype from the internet and was looking forward to goin to that store more than seein all the rest of Vegas my folks told me about. It was a weekend. In a city that never sleeps! Did you see the customer base in the store when the video was made? I think there were the same amount of customers when I went.
I noticed the "DO NO TOUCH" signs that were on EVERY guitar in the store were taken down for the video.
Ole Ed was there too. I was shocked when I realized it was him. Remember the Judge in Chevy Chases movie "Nothing but Trouble"! That could've been Ed. I was waiting for him to pull off his rubber nose! And what a nasty Ole man!
There was a guy goin round the store after all 4 people that were there gripin' "hey, don't handle the guitars!" And it was quiet as death in that place. Extremely unpleasant atmosphere.
I didn't think there was such a thing as a "bad" guitar experience but man that was the biggest dissapointment!
That was five years ago. No wonder he wasn't in the video. There can't be much of him left other than HOT AIR!
And what do you think of a guitar tech who takes a drill/driver to your precious guitar while it flings wildly in his lap!!! Sheesh!
