No flash used add too much light.

You can however download these picture and use Piccasa (Free from Google) to lighten them up to your liking.

1/2w xicon carbon composition it looks like, but maybe allen bradley, TRW, Stackpole, or multicomp and what looks like some xicon or NTE metal oxides.
