Axeman16 comes here with a question because he doesn't know the answer. He asks and he gets snarkiness.

If you care to look again, he asked and when the very first answer was not a direct answer, he gave attitude and got defensive even though he was not attacked.

The bottom line is that none of us have mystical psychic powers to know exactly how the holes were drilled. We can recommend all we want, but at the end of the day our answer may be wrong. This is a japanese/korean assembly where specs are subject to wind and phases of the moon, and the influence of ancestral spirits.

The ONLY way to get this correct is to get out a ruler, measure the center to center distance on the screw heads, both length and width, and buy the rings from a reputable dealer. I'm sorry if the OP does not understand this.

Personally, I'd rather he was angry at smarty pants but accurate responses. I suspect if his friend got the wrong rings he'd be angry also.
