I thought a very Egyptian/Middle-Eastern sounding song was Green Day's Extraordinary Girl from American Idiot. They use an electric sitar for the first opening part with the bongos, then they use a power chord riff throughout the song that sounds really Egyptian. I'd upload but I don't know how to hehe.

"freak show excess"
"bad horsie"
"the animal"

also the solo's on megadeth's "holy wars" and "hangar 18"... or basically the majority of the album rust in peace solos.

metallica's "wherever i may roam"

dream theater's "in the name of god" and "home"

they're not really egyptian per se, but they sound very middle-eastern.

oh gee whiz i really badly wanted to hear something off of green days "american idiot" album!:rolleyes:
