That's the way I look at it anyways. My LPB-1 went bad, so I decided to rebuild it into a single transistor boost. This is basically a Trotsky drive, with a 2N2222 transistor, instead of one of those obscure ones they came with. You could drop one right in, if you were so inclined. Looking for $50 + shipping, or I would trade either for an EMG 60 with harness/pots, or some other cool pickup.
