El Chupacabra seeking high-output shred guitar?!?! what!

Re: El Chupacabra seeking high-output shred guitar?!?! what!

If you want a great shred player for low cash, try a Washburn WM24. VERY impressive player for under $500.

+1 that super slim wide board shreadder neck neck is killin. With the super slick composite finger board and big jumbo frets those guitars flat play circles around the Jackson Dinkys.

If I was going for an Ibanez, I'd get an old one. You can get a 90s MIJ ones for $400-500 on evil bay all day long. There are a couple on there at the moment. The plus is the old Edge/Lo Pro trems, and sometimes they happen to come with pups upgraded by the previous owner. Downside? varied states of abuse, though generally most I've seen are pretty good.

Alternatively, Jackson, ESP or Schecter offer a lot too.

I have a 1990 RG 570 that still smells new when you open the case!! For some reason some of the finish is off of the neck plate. (sitting in the case?) Its a good ripper too..
