Electro and Rock jams

Garageband is pretty sweet. The more I use it, the more I get used to its quirks and learn how to use its tools. I am experimenting with using cut-and-paste to reduce the amount I have to play to get the backing tracks down. There is improv on my Garageband files, but these are just the backing tracks :)

Electro Jam - Garageband drum/bass loop. Les Paul VPAF neck pickup into Toneport, using Garageband's clean amp setting and multiple tracks of Double Filter and Panning Echoes to create atmospheric effects and recurring melodies.

Rock Jam - Old riffs, new recording techniques (Garageband). Les Paul, bridge pickup, into a Line 6 Toneport and using Garageband's amp models. Drum loops are also from Garageband. Each riff has a different amp model - in order they are Scorching Solo, Modern Rock, Arena Rock.

Les Paul VPAF bridge with an Alnico 4 magnet, spacers removed (de-airbucker), and tone pot newly removed from the circuit.
