Electronics trouble shooting

Went to plug into my ESP with EMGs for the first time in a few years the other day and immediately had issues. Volume cutting out, spitting feedback sounds etc.. Long story short I checked all my cords and pedals with another guitar and didn’t have an issue. While inspecting the wiring on the ESP I found what I think is the grounding wire has pulled up from where it had been soldered. Is this my issue? If so is it something I can just heat up and press back into place or would it be best to resolder it? IMG_1248.jpg

active emgs do not need a string ground, dont reconnect that. its not your issue.

It's still a good idea to reconnect that ground wire to your claw, even thought it isn't related to the problem you are having.
Don't add any more solder, just heat the claw right next to the solder until it flows onto the claw like water. Do not heat the solder...it may end up looking fine but heating the solder will form a clump and possibly a cold solder joint.

Check in your control cavity for a loose wire or a short.
If you can post several clear pics we might be able to help you find the problem.
