Eminence's Celestion equivalents?

Eminence's Celestion equivalents?

At any moment I can put my hands on Red Fang, Governor, C Rex, Texas Heat, mojo G12h30 clones, Weber 12A 125 or two, Etc. I even have an old JBL D130F I had reconed by Weber for a project that never happened.

I also don't disagree with zz's hands and ears comment. But I was simply thinking about electrons and sound waves in my rig chain. But yes we all hear that JEFF Beck will still sound like Jeff Beck with a First Act rig.

And no matter my gear I will always sound like me much to my overall dissatisfaction! Haha

In all sincerity, I consider myself a hobbyist player, a guitar collector and a good amp builder. And I'm okay with that.

i got a new guitar a while ago and was excited to play it so i used it on a gig that night. i overheard the other guitar player say to the drummer "still sounds just like him" then they both laughed. basically you sound like what you sound like, gear just makes us more comfortable or happy or whatever. still fun to get new toys

But you look so much cooler!

I love my Wizard. Cleans sound bold and proud, and the distorted tones cut beautifully; the bass is tight and the highs present and clear.
It's definitely more British than American sounding; the mids are very wide and present, not scooped in the least. I see this could be a bit of a drawback for certain tonal aspirations, but for what I'm after it's just terrific.

I'd love a really nice 2x12 with a pair of Wizards. I'm just used to them and make me feel I could live the rest of my life without V30s.
