Today I received and wow
I love it
I'm comparison to the micro dark I had with a blackstar HT metal distortion pedal is just so clear
I don't even need the blackstar anymore (though the boost channel is a nice tone thickener)
But it has lovely cleans with my schecter and surprisingly nice cleans with my ibanez
Overall I'm glad I went with this amp

Those Youtube links are Blackstar HT-Metal's Sample Recordings. Tried Mesa Boogie Throttle Box Distortion sounds like Dream Theater Recordings in Solid State Sound. Mark V has more dynamics vs the flat sound of Throttle Box pedal.

Cool music and interesting
I'm not really going to be using the blackstar ht unless I want to do something very sludgy
The engls amp distortion is just has the clarity I was looking for
I can strike a chord and hear every single note

I would like to have an Ironball,I played one at a G-center in Dallas when they 1st came out and it sounded great. I have been looking around online for maybe picking up a used one but no such luck..nice amp you received!

Ironball is one of my favorite lunchboxes (outside of the Friedman Dirty Shirley, which kills everything else for me). Great little amp, but what a heavy pig (for being so small). Makes you feel like your holding a very solid, quality amp.

Yeah I was really surprised but the weight of it but I got it used from thomann for about 150 euros cheaper than it should've been
