Ensiferum GEAR!!!

Oh man guys... I've been listening to Ensiferum for a bit now, they're a German metal band I believe. Anyway, on their Tale of Revenge CD single they do a cover of Metallica's Battery (I don't think that song needs an introduction), and the tone of the guitars is amazing both for crunch and for soloing. Would anyone know what these guys are using?

Yes I would and they're from finland. They use the 81/85 EMG's in a jackson into a mesa boogie triaxis. Check out all they're stuff they're a great band.

The names did look suspiciously UN-Deutsch.. lol

The Triaxis is just a preamp though... what power amp do they use?

Mesa 50:50, into a Mesa cab on the Ensiferum album, Marshall cab on the Wintersun album.
