Guys- let it go. Everyone is right; Epiphone makes solid guitars that sound good. They come in woods not normally available from Gibson. And they are cheap. They lie? I doubt it. They "spin" the descriptions for the naive -definitely. Bootm line is that for four or five bills, plus a set of Duncans, you can have an axe that kicks Gibson booty!
