Is there a label in the upper f-hole? If so, what color is the label and what is the model and serial number?
FYI - a pre-war Epiphone archtop can fetch around $3K-$5k if there are no cracks or repairs in the wood.
EDIT - the split F-holes, no binding, and the narrow body and bridge placement look like a pre-1935 Epiphone Olympic. (also see their earliest example here.)
