If you're asking if they compare to a Gibson Hummingbird the answer is no.
They're decent guitars, from what I gather (never played one, myself). They're probably comperable to most of the acoustics coming from over there.
Again, I've never played one, so don't take my word on it. I know they won't sound like the Gibson, though - they're built differently.

I had the "pleasure" of using one to record the acoustic bits of a song in a studio several months ago.
Pro: Sounded really nice, played pretty well
Con: REFUSED to stay in tune. The absolute worse guitar I've ever come across in terms of staying in tune, and this is from strumming open chords in a semi-mellow fashion. We had to re-tune it literally between every take - a few good takes were ruined because the guitar went noticeable out of tune while I was playing, and I'm not a heavy-handed strummer.
If you get one, immediately replace the nut and tuners with decent stuff.

Buy the cheapest used Martin or Taylor you can get your hands on. Or buy the Epiphone, and I'll tell you the same thing in 6 months. LOL
