erasing the sd signature out of the pup

hi dudes...how can i erase the seymour duncan siggy without damaging the pup of course, and if posible without damaging the "finish" (black pups seems like a metallic black finish instead of a satin finish)??

it´s a pure looking issue, but also, there is no need imo to put a siggy there, i already know they are duncans, and if someone ask me about the pup i´ll tell also its a duncan...hope you understand me the right way...

thanks

Brasso or other metal polish
Toothpaste

in both cases apply liberally together with elbow grease ;)

Cover it with a black marker , but I personnaly leave the logo , it show it is tasty pickups

I use a white eraser and muscle.

Never tried toothpaste or Brasso myself. They seeme to be the favored methods, but I imagine it's pretty messy.

Yes. Brasso metal polish. Put some on a soft cloth and rub it over the logo until it disappears. It works great. I took the logo off my Custom using Brasso.

I hear toothpaste works too but I haven't tried it.

I'd like to see them start putting the little humbucker S symbol in the bottom left corner. I'd find that pretty cool.
