Ed is small. Those cardboard cutouts that peavey distribute to stores are 'larger than life', so to speak. At 6'3", an axis may look a little weird n you. I'd suggest you check out a secondhand Tom Anderson pro am or drop top classic. The floyd equipped models sell for less than the vintage trem ones, so you could get a deal.
Yeah i think even a wolfie nearly looks big on me...

Re: Ernie Ball Music Man: requesting feedback

I haven't played a Shilouette (I missed the opportunities all the time because the look is very not for me, it says 'don't play me!') but I've tested all types of Axis axes and the Albert Lee model a couple of times and they are all superb. The top of the Axis range (no sport or supersport, it comes with a locking trem) is one of the best guitars I've ever played. I must add that I HATE playing trem guitars, but it did not bother me with the Axis. It's just that good. The price prevents me from getting my Axis. Or, my salary ;D

Sorry, but do I have to pull this pic out again? Would you play this if it played like a dream?

i hardly think thats comparable to a guitar looking small/big on you, but if it had amazing unmatched tone, yeah i would. Prolly just in the studio tho, at the venue i play at tone doesn't matter all that much, haha bigger is better

Haha, that's hilarious.

7th, I think the question for you is if George Lynch endorsed it, would you get one?
