ESI U22 XT USB 2 In/2 Out VS. M-AUDIO M-Track II

Hi guys, how's it going? I'm researching about which of these two interfaces is better, and i thought of coming here to ask you.

As far as i've seen they're pretty similar but, i wanted to know in terms of preamps and overall audio quality, which of the two would you recommend to get?

I haven't used either of those, I currently have a M-Audio Air 192.14, I like it, but had some driver issues at first that seem to have resolved themselves. The M-Track II doesn't seem to be available anymore from what I'm seeing.

I haven't used this one, but I've had really good luck with Presonus stuff in the past, and their Studio One software is supposed to be good.
