ESP 30th Horizon????????

I am trading myTyler SE burning water for ESP 30th Horizon + 400 bucks. I really like the horizon series, i never used one before, i'm a metal player so i dont need tyler at all though its a really awesome guitar. This guy trade his gibson r9 for that 30th horizon(they valued both guitar as same price). I told him that guitar doesnt worth that much but he doesnt want to get too ripped off so he high values his guitar while wanting to trade with my Tyler burning water. I'm trading thid guitar since i really wanted to try out ESP Horizon series, aaaand it's honduras mahogany body...i really love this guitar and i'm not tradingto resell it or collect rare guitars. It's for my own use but i dont want to trade with unfair value. I need you guys to tell.me how you think about this trade and how rare or good tbis guitar is, thanks!!

R9 for an ESP anything? Seems like a trade that will be regretted down the line. I could be wrong, but the vintage Fender Mustang I traded for an Ibanez RG awhile back (both were valued the same at the time) tells me I'm not.

I don't know anything about your Taylor or the ESP in question, but if the Taylor doesn't suit your needs and the ESP does, go for it. Provided you're not taking a bath in the process.
