ESP Edwards Custom - Rare

ESP EDWARDS E-LP-92SD Custom

I have only seen one other Edwards Les Paul in the U.S. with the maple fretboard, and it was on this forum.

When I purchased this guitar about 3 years ago, I thought the style of the maple fretboard was amazing. I never knew that it was a one-off until I looked to sell it about a week ago.

The guitar is in great shape. Only played in my studio, never gigged. So there are no chips or dings in the body from heavy use. I also do not play with a belt, so the back is not all scratched up.

The only cosmetic wear is on the Gotoh tuners, which some of the gold is fading/tarnishing from 3 years of use. Nothing major, but it is there.

As far as the electronics, everything is in working order. Just had the guitar checked up at Sam Ash, and everything is in perfect shape.

The pickups are (Front) Seymour Duncan SH-1n
(Rear) Seymour Duncan SH-4

The price includes shipping, Paypalled CONUS.

I am looking for $700 OBO.

Thank you!

If I was in the market for a guitar, I'd totally go for this. I love maple boards and my Edwards is terrific. Great looking guitar there.

Thanks guys. This is a great guitar and I hate to part with it. Just need the extra cash to buy gear for podcasting. Taking offers on the guitar as well.

Re: ESP Edwards Custom - Rare

That's nice, man. Does it come with any of the original parts as well?

Re: ESP Edwards Custom - Rare

Hi! All the parts on the guitar are original. Except for the locking straplocks which were added on. I don't know if that answers your question.

But this was a one-off custom from Japan.

Man... I had the maple board Edwards in Camo... and sold it... Wish I hadn't .

What a great guitar

So how do you keep your pants from falling down, with a suspender like Pee Wee? Ha..ha...sorry man, can't help it. Anyway, it's a great guitar. Rarely that I check out the Trading Post, until the 'ESP Edwards' caught my attention.

It came stock with Duncans, one labeled and one not labeled?

Re: ESP Edwards Custom - Rare

If you google Seymour Duncan SH-n1 Zebra you will see that pickup is unmarked. And yeah, Seymour Duncan pickups are standard in ESP Eswards models. Thanks!

Re: ESP Edwards Custom - Rare

I will include a Hard shell coffin case to protect the guitar in shipment. Got the case as a gift and never used it. Also comes with ernie ball locking straplocks and a strap.

Re: ESP Edwards Custom - Rare

Thanks for the interest guys! Mainly looking for cash.. but I will consider trades for podcasting/broadcasting equipment i.e preamps, electro voice mic, etc..

Thanks!
