I discovered the Ethos for bass while doing a session for a Nashville writer. It is now my primary bass direct tool and tone shaping device for electric mandolin and resonator.
Rob at Custom Tones Inc. is now working on a single clean channel version.

This demo showcases 4 instruments using the Ethos...all 4 instruments are NECK pickup voiced (Bass = P Pickups, Tele = Neck, PRS = Neck/Mid, Electric Resonator = Lipstick)
Hope you enjoy. The tune is an original Swampy/Blues/Country tune I wrote for this.

This is a great example of thinking outside the box with our gear. Using our ears and not our pre-determined standards.

Ha ha!! These are reading glasses! I need them to see.
There was time when they weren't cool and I was the creepy 70's dude. I'm sure they will fall out of fashion again.
