Eurorack skiff — COMPLETE (analog synth content)
Completed my eurorack skiff yesterday, it sounds pretty savage!
It can operate either as an expansion for another synth or synths, a single voice/dual oscillator stand alone synth (with step sequencer) or as two single voice/single oscillator synths.
There are two flavours— Moog and Oberheim.
The Moog side is a Mother-32 with Moog oscillator, filter, VCA, and envelope generator. The Oberheim side is a Studio Electronics Boomstar oscillator, Doepfer SEM filter, amplifier and VCA, and a Circuit Slices envelope generator.
For the new songs I am writing I am treating it as two mono synths being fed from the BeatStep Pro with an Alesis SR16 drum machine for a very retro sound. Will have live sound examples next week after rehearsal.
