Amir, I know exactly what you mean ;).

WFD, The breakdown was inspired by Spheres of Madness, good ears! I've never heard Gates of Ishtar, and don't like Lamb of God that much, but I used to listen to them fairly often. I don't take any music classes, I just practice alot :D. Thanks!

DSS, I just played it twice. Spot on clip, man!
I especially like the 'chorus' part with the ambient guitars; very eurometal!
The solo is noteworthy, too. :)

Haha thanks a ton guys! I'm thinking I'll retrack it once I get my PODxt for comparison, but otherwise I'm pretty content with this one. :)
