Evening Out the Volume

Not so long ago, I installed a Duncan Custom (bridge) and a Jazz (neck). I'm loving the sound, but I have one problem. When I switch from bridge to neck, there is a huge volume dropoff. Is there an adjustment I should make to increase the volume from the neck position? Should I raise the pup?

Either that... or lower the bridge pickup (which is what I did - I already had the neck as high as it could go)
