Eventide H90

Howdy folks, I'm looking at potentially getting on of these for live situations. Everyone and their brother is talking about all the things they can do.

So I figured I'd ask the opposite side of the coin. What limitations do you think they have and what dont they do well?

I haven't found any. Whenever I am unable to do something, it is on me, not the box. Any limitations of the H9, and there are few, are addressed in the H90. The H90 is also designed with live performance in mind. There is a big ole PERFORM button on the unit. This pedal has taken me to the limits of my imagination, and I haven't scratched the surface with it yet.

That's what I'm still saying about my Spidervalve. In fact, I've been playing my Randall more lately, just for simplicity's sake.

They dont do Blow Jobs well, I tried.

I firmly believe its the best pedal ever made.

I think its a little too noisy when you use the I/O as a Bradshaw switcher for other pedals. But Im working on improving that by talking to Eventide about it.

Thats a whole lotta love on the floor there

All of my delay and modulation pedals are gone! The top row is gain and tone/EQ shaping. BBE is for British invasion stuff, Liverpool is my 70's arena rock tone, Wampler is for my high gain stuff, MXR Blue Box is for White Stripes, Black Keys, and the MOOG delay is set as an EP boost, not a delay mainly used for gain staging during leads.

Off-topic, but what is the tremolo system on the black superstrat?

It is Babicz. I have the trems on both of my Strats, and both of my Teles have Babicz bridges. I love them. If I bought another Fender the first thing I would do would be replace the bridge with a Babicz. I would actually order the bridge before the guitar even arrived. Here is a review I wrote up.
