yikes!

I have re-wired around a hundred guitars. Almost all of them were strats. A handful of les pauls and about 20 teles. My buddy just dropped off his jaguar with a bag full of parts, and wants me to re-wire it completely. Im glad he insisted on paying me. Im sure its not as bad as it looks, but looking at the grocery bag full of switches and wires..... yowza!

Yeah, them and the Jazzmaster are a mess.

I'd love to own a JM someday, but I doubt I'd bother with the crazy "rhythm circuit". Might put something else up in that corner, but I can't think of what.

It's not as difficult as it seems. Time consuming? Yeah. cutting wires to near exact lengths needed will help out a lot, as will having different colour wire for each connection, so you don't have to guess which one goes where later, it's also easier to identify wires if something went wrong.

make sure you have the right schematic, I was using the duncan one for my HH and it was wrong!
