Ever seen one of these?

Lol, during what period in the history of each company would this have been most likely to happen?

I would assume this is a hack and pretty recent too -last 20 years -with the advent of the Boomer bored retirees and expanding Gen X Dentistry practices funded such ever creative builds.

ive seen warren play that a bunch of times. its a really good sound, the headstock is a little odd but most 12 strings have that goin on

Same here. Me and my buddy make it a point to see Warren whenever he is in town be it Warren Haynes Band or Gov't Mule.

Wanna impress me? Let’s see a Les Paul doubleneck.

You're talking about a near 20 pound guitar! The SG Doubleneck is heavy enough. A doubleneck Les Paul? I bet it was attempted and decided that being able to walk straight afterwards was more important..lol.

All you need is a good wide strap and you'd be fine.

nah. i had a 14 lb lp and even with a wide strap it was no fun after about 40 minutes of the first set. at the time we were doing three 1 hour sets and my shoulder was really sore after every gig. i wasnt even old yet!

I caddied once as a kid. Wound up carrying two full golf bags for an entire 18 holes.
One would (and would have been) a piece of cake.

ive carried my clubs many times and that never bothered me. i think its something about the constant pressure in the same place, theres a reason most people dont like 14 lb guitars

Yeah, I'll pass...LOL. I have a 2.5" wide strap for my Les Paul that's 9 pounds. I like lighter guitars personally but that Les Paul is so nice I had to find the strap to make it work. I couldn't imagine anything heavier.
