Everything axe pick up height

Should the pickups in this loaded pickguard , including the JB Jr and the Little 59 be treated more like humbuckers or single coils when adjusting their pickup height in a strat?

Crank them up and down until they sound their best.
Personally I set the bridge first because that is what I'm using most of the time, then I set the others to best compliment the bridge when blended.
I set the bridge as close as possible without causing any odd warbling tones when fretted at the highest fret on each string.

These are closer to humbuckers than single coils, so they can get pretty close to the strings. The Duckbucker is much quieter than the other 2, which is the nature of the design.
