Wow...so much Metallica love. Although the old stuff is great, still not tons of fast power chord changes there. Look even at the middle section to Wake Up Dead by Megadeth, tons there (including some hard ass spider riffing) or look into some of the faster bands like Slayer, Nuclear Assault, Demolition Hammer etc.

I don't know how to play any of that stuff man. Only teach what you know.
