I'm dropping the price on this one (sorta) until Friday July 28th @ 5:00pm EST as well. My new offer is, I'll take $600 for the 1972 Bandmaster head & the 1968 Fender 2X12 cabinet but buyer would have to be responsible for the shipping costs... Great deal but act fast, after Friday the price returns to what it was before...

So here's another one!!!

This is my 1972 Bandmaster Reverb head, it's mostly all original but the reverb tank has been replaced with a new one and the plug has been switched from a two prong to a 3 prong with a ground. I'm only the second owner of this amp, I bought it off the original owner who took relatively good care of it although by the looks of it, someone smoked at some point? It doesn't smell or anything & the discoloration could be from something else. I mean it is nearly 50 years old??? It sounds great & works perfectly! The foots-switch & dust cover included with the purchase of the head....

I'm asking $600 P.P. Gift option or add 3.5% for fees for the head. Considering what it's going to cost to ship it that's about the best I can do....

I will toss in the 1968 Fender 2X12 Jensen CQ12 loaded cabinet ALONG with the head for a extra $200 but the shipping costs would be on the buyer...

Please feel free to ask any questions you'd like & although I'd rather just get the money for it, you can try and tempt me with trades. The worst I'll say is no, more pictures below....

Looking at it and wondering why Fender made the head so tall.
The reverb tank isn't that big, that it needs that much extra space.

Partly because of the reverb tank, but as you said" it's not all that large". The main reason for the larger size is the 5U4GB rectifier they stuck in it to accommodate the reverb tank. It draws a lot of current and can get pretty hot after a while.

The front baffle on the head can be modded to hold 2 8in speakers, essentially turning it into a boom box sized combo amp....

This is another one that I'd trade for a Ibanez TSA-30 head but under the stipulation that we each pay the shipping for our new items. (I pay for the TSA-30's shipping, buyer of my Bandmaster pays shipping on it)

To put all this into perspective, that's a vintage 1972 Fender Bandmaster Reverb head in perfect working order & worth about $700 for a head that sells new for $450!!!

I know it's a sensationally dumb move on my part from a business standpoint but I really want a flipping TSA-30!!!!
