Yup! It's in excellent working condition. I only used it a few times and I've sold my 360 so I don't have any need for it now. Comes in the original box w/ all the paperwork. Mine didn't come w/ a remote for some reason, but I did buy it new about a year ago. It comes w/ 8 HD DVD's. All they stopped making them, there is still a pretty good selection of them on the used market w/ some great titles and you can get them cheaply.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
The Bourne Ultimatum.
I'm asking $80 shipped for the drive and the movies together anywhere in the Cont. 48 states. Not willing to split them up at the moment. You will obviously need a HD TV and use either component, HDMI, or VGA as your output on your 360 to display HD on your TV. Should be obvious, but I thought I'd put that in there just in case.
I also have a 20GB hard drive for a 360 that I no longer have use for anymore. It worked great for me for over a year. $35 shipped to the Cont. 48 states.
If I don't have any hits on this on by tomorrow evening, I'll be putting it up on Ebay soon after!
