ONE OF A KIND!
Rickenbacker Humbucker
Made for me by MJ at the Custom Shop
Custom Made to fit a Rickenbacker 330 without any modification to the body or either pickguard at all, even fits right into existing screw holes.
The Specifications:
Wound for bridge position
Alnico 5 Magnet
Vintage style braided wire
13.9K
Custom made bobbins to make the pickup as close to regular humbucker size the bottom side of the pickup was shaped to curve inward as not to intrude on either pickgaurd.
The screw holes on the bottom that secure the bobbins fit perfectly into the existing rout in the body, then the pickup can be mounted directly to the body or you can use the typical Rickenbacker foam pickup ring underneath.
If you have ever wanted your Rickenbacker to sound a little (a lot) more rocking.. Well here you go.. I've read on the Rick forums how many of you (and me) wanted their Ricks to sound more shall we say “Gibson-esque” well I did it.. With the help of MJ from Seymour Duncan of course..
This makes the Rickenbacker HB-1 humbuckers seem like toys..
Price is VERY fair considering what I paid for it, and it's only a few months old.. It's only going because a guitar needed to go and the Rickenbacker drew the short straw, so to speak..
$150 shipped ... PP Gift or add $5 for paypal fees if you wish to go the goods/services route.. Open to possible trades for BRIDGE pickups of similar value, or Klon Klone type pedals.
