Well it'll fit but wont line up right. The difference really isn't THAT audible but will look better if lined up right. Your safe bet is a regular spacing. F-spacing or Trembucker spacing is for tremolo equipped guitars.
Having said all of that I have a regular spaced bucker in my Floy Rose equipped Mockingbird. It doesn't look right if you stare at it but I don't really notice. It sounds fine but I wouldn't doubt it would be a little better on both E strings with wider spacing. When I get a new bucker for the bridge I will get F-spacing.
Trembuckers and F-spaced humbuckers are not just for tremolo equipped guitars anymore. In fact, not all tremolo equipped guitars require the wider spacing. My American Standard Strat has the modern narrow spaced bridge and standard spaced humbuckers actually line up better. Then there is my new PRS SE Singlecut Korina and the spacing for the bridge pickup is slightly more than 2 inches which means a trembucker or F-spaced humbucker will line up better.
