Re: Factory tour..we had a pleasent visit from Sweden.
you guys built an amp to determine the sound of a pedal
Yep it is that amp I have now

AC-30 Top-boost preamp, and a custom output on 15 watt with an old power trafo from an old 60's Dynacord 50 amp.
I love that amp a great deal, and the tremovibe is based upon the ac-30 trem and vibe, this amp helped bigtime in that achivement, kudos to Svend E for making it, he is known as Holm Malmquist by the way
:smack: I am? hehe not really...
The design of the Carl Marton pedals is fantastico!
Hehe some think that we make the dullest looking pedals on the face of the earth, mainly here at home, but that is how it goes here in this small country...one cannot have any succes without being looked down on...not that we care

Thanks, I like the sober look most of the time, sometimes I do make a custom creation...just to break the uniform blackness..hehe
Thanks Hoss

It is a good job to have, not that I am getting very rich of it, but I get along.
What is the DC drive the author of the interview mentioned. He said it was mysterious. Could you shed a little light on the mystery for us?
Well not much really, it is a project that Thomas and me is working on, as stated is has a switch for two modes, one more crisp sounds and the other for more fatness in the tone.
It has a very natural sound, sounds almost like a "clean" overdrive at lower settings, it uses the same clip method as our Quattro's dualdrive.
This one lives on a 9v battery, but we have done something to the powersupply, not a simple doubler but something alittle more unusual, and it gives a good headroom and that 3d feel our normal drives has to me.
It is a open drive with enough gain for most medium hot players with good fat amps

Will record it soon on a real amp.
you know what! Next year i will take the kids to legoland!!!
Daddy, what`s that? ohhh that`s a Lego plexitone son hahahahahaahahahahhahahahahahahahahahahahaha
