I like the RS kits andso does my tech. He says that he has used the high tolerance pots before but when you ad the Musicap, he doesn't even think about having to shielding the control cavity, even with normally noisy single coils like the Broadcaster.paultelestrat said:ERIKH - that R7 is becoming my favorite playing/gigging . it's got A2P's in in it and a RS GUITARWORKS premium tone pot kit.how ya been? happy 4th of july to you and all my forum bros.
Ouch.......even the "undesirable" Les Pauls are getting ridiculous. I saw a '57 Goldtop listed for $130,000 and a 3 pickup '57 Custom for $75,000. Wonder what a 2 pickup '57 Custom would go for these days, seeing that they are VERY rare.Lava Man said:Your family pic reminds of a guy (about 75 years old) original and only owner of a 1954 Gold Top Les Paul who was offered $75,000 for it and turned it down at a Vintage Guitar show in Spartanburg, SC last year...she was beautiful instrument...makes me wonder what he got for it if indeed he sold it later...

Nice. I love the R7's. Just wish I could get my hands on one sometime. I've been good. Lovin' the Tele. It's seeing lots of playing time. Happy 4th to you too.paultelestrat said:ERIKH - that R7 is becoming my favorite playing/gigging . it's got A2P's in in it and a RS GUITARWORKS premium tone pot kit.how ya been? happy 4th of july to you and all my forum bros.
