That's a tough one...
I know Robbie McIntosh used a 20-watter on Pretenders' Learning to Crawl as well as his later solo stuff (good albums from a great player, look for them). I've also heard rumors of AC/DC using them in the studio.
This question is much better asked over at 18Watt.com, but you're not going to get many solid answers. However, once you're there, they have a ton of clips of all sorts of 18 Watters and their derivatives.
I have a Lite II and love it.
