I think a pedal a lot of people would like to see is a Hammond B-3/Leslie pedal that's better than the Rotosphere. 3 footswitches - On/Off, a switch that accesses whatever drawbar tone you've selected. The drawbar selector would be a rotary dial at the back of the pedal. The 3rd switch would be slow/fast. At the back of the pedal would be volume, tone, and the rotary dial for as many B-3 tones as you can model.

I know I didn't answer the question, but if you're looking for ideas....the B-3 simulator would be popular IMO.
