dunlop tortex the green and blue ones. the huge triangle clayton 1 mm are pretty fun too. my brother got me a pack of picks that were made from old records so they have those grooves in them, they're pretty fun to mess around with. i like picks being around 1 mm, thinner for acoustics. i must have a thousand guitar picks laying around my house, but i can never find any.

I use the H-3's for everything (including mando). I don't really like the H-1's, they are too rounded. I like the sharp point, but the size is perfect. I can barely even play with a "regular sized" pick at this point, they just feel so clumsy and awkward.

I've been getting my picks from there lately. I don't really mind what material they are in, I've used bone, horn, ebony and a few other exotic woods. They are something like 2.5mm thick, which is thicker than anything else I've ever used.
They improved both my playing and my tone enormously; playing with old old Dunlop Nylon Black 1mms now feels like playing with a piece of paper by comparison.

I must be a freak... I use Clayton ultem rounded triangles .80mm, I used to use the standard ultems. For some odd reason I seem to have more control with a big ass triangle pick. I play mostly speed/thrash metal. Plus when one side wears out I can rotate it in mid riff and have a fresh tip! \m/

Here's one I bought back in the late 80's. It's an awesome pick and you can get some really good sounds with this. It's made from solid brass.
